ABOUT TRADE DADDY
The domain name [www.tradedaddy.com] and the Trade Daddy mobile application are owned and operated by Trade Daddy Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Trade Daddy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
Trade Daddy is a technology-enabled platform that provides access to market-related information, educational resources, analytical tools, and facilitation services for users. Trade Daddy is not a stock broker, depository participant, portfolio manager, investment adviser, or research analyst registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”).
Trade Daddy does not execute trades, hold client securities, handle client funds, or provide brokerage services. Any securities trading or transaction execution is carried out solely through third-party intermediaries, including SEBI-registered stock brokers that may be empanelled or integrated with the Platform from time to time.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian law and that you will comply with these Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications made in the future.
Trade Daddy reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms or engages in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
USE OF INFORMATION AND CONTENT
The information, content, and material available on the Platform are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes. While reasonable efforts may be made to ensure periodic updates, Trade Daddy does not undertake any obligation to update, correct, revise, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information displayed.
Market data, stock prices, financial news, analytics, commentary, and other content may be sourced from third parties and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, technical interruptions, or errors. Users acknowledge that financial markets involve inherent risks and that reliance on Platform information is entirely at their own discretion and responsibility.
NO INVESTMENT ADVICE OR SOLICITATION
Nothing contained on the Platform shall be construed as investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or professional recommendation of any kind.
Trade Daddy does not recommend, endorse, or suggest the purchase, sale, or holding of any securities, financial products, or investment strategies. The Platform does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or invitation to invest in any jurisdiction where such activities are restricted or unlawful.
Users are advised to consult qualified professionals before making any financial decision.
INVITE-ONLY ACCESS AND CURRENT LIMITATIONS
The Platform is currently available only for limited purposes, including onboarding applications, waitlist registrations, invite-based access, and informational communication.
Users expressly acknowledge that Trade Daddy does not currently provide any trading, order placement, execution, settlement, or securities transaction functionality. Any references on the Platform to trading, investing, brokers, or future features are indicative only and do not constitute an active service offering.
Trade Daddy reserves the right to grant or deny access to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons or timelines.
FUTURE INTEGRATIONS WITH SEBI REGISTERED INTERMEDIARIES
Trade Daddy may, in the future, integrate with or facilitate access through third-party SEBI registered stock brokers and intermediaries (“Partner Brokers”). Any such services, if and when introduced, shall be governed by separate terms and regulatory disclosures.
Users acknowledge that any future trading or execution services would be provided solely by such Partner Brokers, and not by Trade Daddy directly.
Trade Daddy makes no representation or guarantee regarding the launch, availability, or timeline of any such future services.
COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By submitting your information or registering on the Platform, you authorize Trade Daddy and its representatives to contact you regarding invite access, onboarding updates, product announcements, educational content, and promotional communication.
Such communication may be made through telephone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media platforms, or any other mode of communication.
You expressly consent to receiving such communications and acknowledge that regulations relating to unsolicited communication, including the National Do Not Call Registry provisions, may not apply to communications initiated under this authorization.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of Trade Daddy or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No user is permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, store, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Trade Daddy.
NO WARRANTIES
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.
Trade Daddy makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of viruses or harmful components.
Users assume full responsibility for implementing adequate safeguards for their devices, accounts, and data.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Trade Daddy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Trade Daddy shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on Platform information, technical failures, third-party disruptions, or delays in providing invite access. Users acknowledge that participation in the invite-only program is voluntary and at their sole discretion.
MODIFICATION AND DISCONTINUATION
Trade Daddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Trade Daddy shall not be liable to any user for any such modification or discontinuation.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
