ELIGIBILITY AND BASIC DEFINITIONS
Trade Daddy is currently operating as an invite-only platform that enables users to register interest, apply for early access, and receive updates regarding future products and services. Trade Daddy is not a SEBI registered stock broker, depository participant, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or research analyst.
Trade Daddy does not presently facilitate trading, order placement, execution, or securities transactions. Any references to trading or brokerage services on the Platform are indicative of potential future offerings and are not active at this stage.
A “Referrer” refers to an existing registered user of Trade Daddy who participates in the Program by inviting other individuals to apply for early access. A “Referee” refers to the person whose details are shared by the Referrer for the purpose of applying to the Trade Daddy invite-only program.
For the purpose of this Program, “Successful Application” refers to the completion of the invite-only application process by the Referee in accordance with Trade Daddy’s onboarding requirements, subject to internal review and approval.
REFERRAL SUBMISSION, VALIDITY AND CONSENT
For a Referrer to be eligible for any referral benefit, the Referee must submit their application within thirty (30) days of the referral submission. If the Referee does not apply within this period, their details may be removed from Trade Daddy’s system.
If any referred person already exists in Trade Daddy’s database, either as an existing user or as an applicant already undergoing onboarding, such referral shall not be considered valid under the Program.
If the details provided for referrals are incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or invalid, the Referrer shall not be entitled to any reward, benefit, or consideration under this Program. If the Referee’s application is rejected or not approved, no referral benefit shall be payable.
The Referrer confirms and represents that they have obtained explicit consent from the Referee before sharing their personal information or contact details with Trade Daddy for the purposes of this Program.

PAYOUT, REWARDS AND LIMITATIONS
Any referral rewards, payouts, or benefits, if offered, shall be governed strictly by the prevailing Trade Daddy referral policy applicable at the time of disbursal.
Trade Daddy reserves the sole and absolute right to determine eligibility, calculation, mode, and timing of any referral benefit. Trade Daddy may modify, reduce, withdraw, or discontinue rewards or Program conditions at any time without prior notice.
Where monetary payouts are applicable, the Referrer agrees that such payout shall be credited only to the primary bank account registered with Trade Daddy or through such payment method as Trade Daddy may prescribe.
Trade Daddy reserves the right to conduct such checks, verifications, and controls as it deems appropriate before disbursal of any referral benefit.
Trade Daddy may impose monthly, quarterly, or lifetime limits on referral benefits, including maximum payout caps, eligibility thresholds, or activity requirements.
REFERRAL PROCESS
The Referrer may introduce individuals to Trade Daddy for the purpose of applying to the invite-only early access program.
The Referrer acknowledges that referrals must be made only through the unique referral link or referral code issued by Trade Daddy. The Referee must use such link or code at the time of submitting their application for the referral to be tracked and considered valid.
Trade Daddy shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject any application submitted through referral.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND RESTRICTIONS
The Referrer agrees that participation in this Program does not authorize them to engage in any activity that may be construed as brokerage, advisory, solicitation, portfolio management, or inducement to trade in securities.
The Referrer shall not provide any investment advice, trading recommendations, or securities-related guidance to any Referee or applicant.
The Referrer shall not misrepresent Trade Daddy’s services, regulatory status, or make any assurance of profits, guaranteed returns, or investment outcomes.
The Referrer agrees not to use the Trade Daddy brand name, logo, marketing material, or advertisements for public distribution without prior written consent from Trade Daddy.
The Referrer shall not collect, receive, or handle any client-related documents, trading information, statements, or confidential communication on behalf of Trade Daddy or any third party.
The Referrer shall not demand or accept any direct payment, incentive, recovery fee, or compensation from any Referee in connection with the referral.
TERMINATION AND DISPUTE DISCLAIMER
Trade Daddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referrer’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or regulatory concern.
The Referrer acknowledges that disputes arising under this referral arrangement are private in nature and are not covered under investor protection mechanisms or exchange-level grievance redressal frameworks.
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Trade Daddy may terminate immediately if required under applicable law, internal policy, or regulatory directives.
PROGRAM CHANGES AND CONTROL RIGHTS
Trade Daddy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, alter, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program and to revise these terms and conditions from time to time.
Continued participation in the Program after such modifications shall constitute deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
